Help for the printed version of the On-line Order Forms

On-line Order forms (OF) is intended for the customers of the joint-stock company Trade Fairs Brno who rented their exhibition area at some of the fairs staged by the Trade Fairs Brno company. After logging on to OF these customers can order all they need at their exhibition stand during the course of the given event. Printed version of the Order Form enables only for browsing the offer lists for the selected fair.

Introductory page

The OF introductory page contains information on the selected trade fair, catalogue of services, and a log-on field to the OF.

Change of fair: If you wish to view a catalogue of services for a different fair than the one you have selected previously click the "Fair choice" button and select the appropriate fair in the window.

Bookmark "Service catalogue" is an analogy to the Order forms. Order pages are divided into the following groups - "A-Stand and layout", "B-Furniture and accessory", "C-Technical supplies", "D-Services" and "E-Entrance passes, parking, catalogue". By clicking the name of the order form the pricelist for the given fair will open.

Logging on to OF: To access OF for setting up orders you need to enter your login name and password from the information letter you shall receive by post along with the confirmation of your exhibition area and its location at the trade fair (applicable to exhibitors only).

Printing parameters
Order form is optimized for being printed if it has the following parameters

View | Text Size | Medium

Tools | Internet options | Advanced | Printing | Print background colors and images - switch on

Use of "session cookies" for user's authentication allowed

Use of "cookies" (at least towards the BVV.CZ domain) allowed
